CS2.1 CSModule - Creating a blog and/or gallery for existing users

CS2.1 introduced the option to give new users a blog and gallery when they register, but unfortunately, there is no option to create a blog /gallery for existing users.

AutoBlogCreate - creates a blog for the user when they edit their profile.
AutoGalleryCreate - creates a gallery for the user when they edit their profile.
